Quick facts
- 🏆 Proud memberships. Chudgar Consulting is a queer-owned CERT Small Business Enterprise and an associate member of the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits.
- 💵 Billing rate. I charge $175 per hour for consulting services. Most clients work with me on fixed-fee or retainer contracts based roughly on that rate. I do not offer discounts, but I sometimes consult for free.
How Chudgar Consulting has changed after 10 years
After a dozen years teaching literature and philosophy to college students, I realized I wanted to help people communicate in the big off-campus world. I founded Chudgar Consulting in 2014 for just that purpose.
Over time, after learning a lot consulting for big companies like 3M and UnitedHealthcare, I realized that the kinds of stories I wanted to tell — about big topics like good and evil, justice and power, oppression and healing — were just not very welcome in the profit-making world.
So, over time, I started working more with people and organizations who think about big ideas every day: public servants, nonprofit workers, organizers, healers.
Those are the folks I’m proud to work with today.
